1. Introduction

Welcome to Money Minds LLC's Ambassador Program! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the program. By joining as an ambassador, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To become an ambassador, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reside in (acceptable countries/regions, if applicable).
• Agree to adhere to all promotional guidelines outlined by Money Minds LLC.

3. Responsibilities of Ambassadors

As an ambassador, your role includes promoting Money Minds LLC's products/services through your personal platforms (e.g., social media, blogs, etc.). You are expected to:

• Share content that aligns with Money Minds LLC's branding and values.
• Use the provided affiliate link or promo code correctly in your posts.
• Follow all relevant advertising laws, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of affiliate links or paid promotions.
• No Misleading Claims: Ambassadors are prohibited from making any guarantees or promises regarding potential income or success. You may not claim that anyone can achieve a specific financial goal (e.g., "$10k/month") without qualifying it with the necessary disclaimers, including stating that results vary based on individual efforts, abilities, and market conditions.
• Ambassadors must not represent Money Minds LLC in any misleading or deceptive manner.

4. Code of Conduct and Brand Protection

• Defamation and Negative Statements: Ambassadors are prohibited from making any negative, disparaging, or damaging statements about Money Minds LLC, its leadership (including Dylan Michael, Kelvin Zinck), any individuals affiliated with the brand, or anything related to our platform or business. This includes, but is not limited to, public or private comments, content, or posts that may cause harm or damage to the reputation of the brand or individuals associated with it.
• Legal Consequences: Any breach of this provision, such as spreading false information or participating in defamation, will result in immediate termination from the program and may lead to legal action. If any evidence of such actions is found, Money Minds LLC reserves the right to pursue legal remedies to protect the brand and prevent future damages, including but not limited to defamation claims.
• Ambassadors must represent the brand professionally and in good faith at all times.

6. Intellectual Property

By participating in the Ambassador Program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Money Minds LLC's trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting our products. You must not use our intellectual property for any unauthorized purpose.

7. Termination

Either party can terminate this agreement at any time with or without cause. Termination may occur if:

• The ambassador violates these Terms, including making misleading claims or misrepresenting the brand.
• Money Minds LLC discontinues the Ambassador Program.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be processed in accordance with the applicable payout terms.

8. Compliance with Laws

Ambassadors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including:

• Ensuring all promotional content is truthful, clear, and not misleading.
• Claims about potential earnings or success must be realistic and should not create unrealistic expectations about what participants can achieve.
• Adhering to rules that prohibit deceptive or misleading marketing practices, especially regarding the nature of financial or business opportunities.
• Following policies that protect consumers from false advertising or misrepresentation in any way.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Income Guarantees: While we provide tools and resources for success, Money Minds LLC makes no promises or guarantees regarding the income that can be generated through participation in the Ambassador Program. Success depends on individual efforts, skills, and market conditions.
• No Consequential Damages: For any participation in the Ambassador Program, we make no guarantees about sales or earnings potential. You understand that your success depends on various factors, including your marketing efforts.

10. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

Money Minds LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
